Faulty or Incorrect Product Returns
- 1. Identify faulty or incorrect products
- a. Identify the incorrect product within 30 days.
- b. Identify the faulty product within 3 months.
- 2. Send an email to us at info@betashoes.co.uk quoting your order number and customer details. Include proof of faulty products, i.e. images.
- a. Please be as thorough as possible at this stage.
- 3. We will contact you and provide you with the shipping information.
- 4. Return the product to us including your customer details. All faulty products will be inspected by our Quality Control team.
- a. We will not accept returns for ‘worn’ damages, such as wear and tear and stretching.
- 5. A credit note will be issued for all charges, including delivery charges.
- a. If products are returned without original packaging intact then there will be a charge for replacement of the relevant packaging.
Other Refunds
- 1. Identify the reason for return within 14 days. Reasons may include:
- a. Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable products due to customer error
- b. Any other reason apart from incorrect or faulty products
- 2. Send an email to us at info@betashoes.co.uk quoting your order number and customer details.
- 3. We will contact you and provide you with the shipping information.
- 4. Return the product to us. You will have to pay for returns delivery.
- a. All products will have to be returned in a new and resalable condition.
- 5. A credit note will be issued.
- a. Only the cost of the product will be reimbursed, so the original shipping cost will be excluded.
- b. If products are returned without original packaging intact then there will be a charge for replacement of the relevant packaging.
Most refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon arrival of the product, the details of which we will confirm to you as soon as possible. It may take a couple of business days for the credited amount to show in your account depending on the form of payment.
